I’m playing with custom properties on a view, and noticed that the value does not propagate properly to the alarm-console for service elements. It works OK for elements in the view, but not for services.
These are the settings for the property:
From the alarm-console it can look like this:
Both the element and service is located in the same view.
The service element is a custom Service Definition
We are running version 10.2 CU11 (and I have tested an upgrade to 10.3 CU10)
Is this behavior expected?
Yes, both the service and the element are located in the same view. And we are running version 10.2

I was able to reproduce this behavior in 10.4.1. Please could you confirm that:
– TEST_SVC is an enhanced service?
– If so, did you assign an alarm template to the enhanced service?

Yes, this is an Advanced/Enhanced service. And it has an alarm-template assigned

I’m not able to reproduce this on my agent running 10.3.10. So just to double check; the element TEST_SVC is also in the view where you have set the value of this property ?
