Hi everyone,

When I try to access my localhost I get this error. Does anyone have an idea of what may be causing it or how to solve it?

Thanks.

Hi Hugo, is HTTPS enabled on your DataMiner? You can verify this by checking if the MaintenanceSettings.xml contains <HTTPS enabled=”true” name=”…” />

Gellynck Jens [SLC] commented 20th June 2022

If HTTPS is enabled: try connecting with your machine name instead of localhost.
If HTTPS is disabled: check if IIS is running

Hugo Andrade [SLC] [DevOps Advocate] commented 20th June 2022

Hi Jens, I think that HTTPS is disabled but IIS is running.

Hi Hugo. What DataMiner version are you running?

Can you try connecting to the DMA again, and than send me (here or privately) the last 50 log lines of the log file of today in %localappdata%SkylineDataMinerDataMinerCubeLogs

Hugo Andrade [SLC] [DevOps Advocate] commented 20th June 2022

Hi Lander, I’m using version 10.0.1947.5730, but I’m not finding the file you asked for.

I managed to solve the error. It was a problem with the cluster because the ip addresses were conflicting with each other.

Thanks to everyone that tried to help!
