Trying to understand what this referring to, particurlarly this element 127914/3806651?. This alarm seems to have come up randomly, not do to any correlation related changes in DataMiner.

Where would be a good place to look to understand the cause of this better?

Is that actually an element ID?
Could it be an alarm ID, instead?

If the latter, perhaps the alarm was manipulated (or manually cleared) while the correlation was being executed?

Does this issue still occur? If so, it might be best to contact techsupport@skyline.be to investigate this further, as the investigation is likely to go beyond what is possible in this Q&A. If the issue has been resolved (e.g. with a DataMiner upgrade), could you select the answer to this question to indicate that no further reaction is needed?

Hi Oscar,

On which version is your DataMiner system?
There has been several fixes for this problem.

We are running 10.3.0, and according to https://docs.dataminer.services/user-guide/Troubleshooting/Known_issues/KI_NullReferenceException_SLDBConnection.html the the fix is to install 10.2.0 [CU11], 10.3.0, or 10.3.2.
