I see there is an existing question on this however no process is close to using 4GB on this server.
Restarting the element does not work, we basically have no monitoring for this device at the moment.
Hi Oscar
This error typically identifies 1 of 2 things, a memory or a disk issue.
Memory
You already checked if the processes are close to 4GB (ie. for 32 bit processes), please be aware that most processes will crash when they reach 4GB. => has a crash occurred recently? (check via C:/Skyline Dataminer/Logging/Crashdump)
It's better to check for a memory leak in the SL* processes. I would focus on the agent hosting "SR1.TMDR.PROD" and on the bigger processes (SLDataminer, SLNet, SLDMS, maybe also SLProtocol)
Disk
Have a look if the C drive is running short of free disk space now or if it did go without free disk space recently
=> if the server goes without free disk space, then the DMA must be restarted.
NOTE
By "checking for a memory leak" or "check the C drive".
I mean look at this trending on the agent that hosts element "SR1.TMDR.PROD", via its Microsoft Platform element.
Having a Microsoft Platform element per agent, with configured alarm and trend template, is a best practice in order to monitor the DMS.
Now if the above didn't help you, we have again 2 options.
- Restart the DMA or reboot the server, this will most likely resolve the issue. Assuming this is just a single isolated occurrence.
- This is a recurring issue. Then it's important to gather the needed information and forward to our techsupport team.
=> When you see the error occur again, as soon as possible, grab a LogCollector package, incl. memdumps of SLNet, SLDataminer, SLDMS.
That should be a good starting point to investigate the issue

During my quick check I did find following RNs linked to this kind of error message.
