Maps showing blank page on dashboard

I'm noticing that when trying to load Maps it's showing a blank page on dashboard and low-code both locally and through dataminer.services.

The local URL when put into a browser loads correctly.

Hi Joshua, Can you add some more info about the issue? Can you share how you are loading the map on the dashboard (generic map vs maps vs web component) and if you are seeing any errors in the browser console (Ctrl+shift+J)?

Hi Wout, they were using the Generic map component DMA version 10.4.10. I do not know about the browser errors.

Hi Joshua

In DataMiner 10.4.10, there was an issue with the Generic Map component that caused continuous redirects when loading the map config. This caused the component to be blank. We have already fixed this issue in future versions. The fix is available from DataMiner 10.3.0[CU21] / 10.4.0[CU9] / 10.4.12 onwards.
