It seems like one of the DMA is missing a local DataMiner account as a Windows account on one of the servers in the DMS. It is present in Cube Users and Groups.
Discovered the issue the other day as a notice during midnight sync after I had changed the password for the account
"Error during synchronization Unable to edit user (username). The user name could not be found. (hr = 0x800708AD"
It has probably been this way since we built the new cluster in last year. I have a recollection of having issues adding this DMA specifically.
Question:Can we simply add the windows account on the server? Or is there another solution to the issue?

Yes, I have encountered something similar not too long ago.
There, the trigger was a mismatching Windows password policy.
In that case, re-adding the user in Windows with a temporary password, then updating the password for the user in System Center resolved the issue.

The issue ooccured on the exact same troublesome DMA that we needed your help with pairing in spring of 2025 (time flies). But the missing windows account was never discovered until I had to change the password for the local DataMiner account, and of course – this DMA couldn't find the account.
