When my DMS is cloud-connected, is there a way to allow/block a particular user from using the remote access feature? E.g. only allow specific users to access the DMS remotely?

as Koen already mentioned you can decide if you want to give a certain user access to a specific Cloud Connected DMS by adding them to that DMS in the Admin app (see the docs for more info).
Unfortunately at the moment, all "Member" users have the possibility to use the remote accessing option, so you cannot configure it per user. The only way to control remote accessing right now is per Cloud Connected DMS. You can only enable/disable this feature for the entire system, and thus for all its users.
