LCA – Which scripts are compatible for the ‘IAS Component’?

Hi Dojo,

We would like to display an Interactive Automation Script (IAS) within our LCA page by using the 'IAS Component'. When selecting a script under settings for that component, we get the following error message:

Question: what determines for the LCA if a script is interactive and compatible?

Note: the selected interactive script runs fine within Cube and can be triggered by a button on the LCA as well. The IAS Component itself however doesn't seem to be compatible.

Hi Robin,

All interactive script should be supported in the IAS component. If you are seeing this error with a script that does execute fine in Cube and using an action, then you have probably encountered a software issue. I suggest you contact tech support so we can look further into this.

For your information, I was able to reproduce the issue using the tutorial available in 'Getting started with the IAS Toolkit':

Hi Miguel, I can also reproduce this behavior. I'll look further into it
