Hello,
I am aware that a related question has already been asked, but I was wondering if the issue has been resolved.
I have created a Visio file with an embedded dashboard.
This works fine when opening the Cube and this View.
However, when I open the Cube and access DataMiner through cloud access,
the Visio displays the following error message:
Clicking the "(Login)" link (in brackets at the bottom) should allow me to enter my credentials, but it always redirects me back to this page.
Are there any server settings that need to be changed? What could be causing this issue?
Thank you in advance.
Best regards,

Hi Sebastiaan,
This works when I open the Cube while I am connected to the network directly. But in my case, I would like to view this dashboard by opening the Cube with a cloud connection, meaning I am not connected to the network via VPN or directly.
So I am forced to use the cloud address of the app/dashboard. However, this is blocked by the error message that won’t direct me to the login page.
BR,

The <dmaip> placeholder gets resolved with either the FQDN or the dataminer.services subdomain. Seems like the issue you're experiencing is something else though.
Hi David, can you try changing your URL so that it uses the <dmaip> placeholder instead: #https://<dmaip>/dashboard/#/….
