Is there any settings needed/mandatory to enable Audible alerts?

We have a client in which audible alerts are playing, but another in which they are not.
Is there any configuration on the machine that could prevent the audible alerts from playing?

Hi Michiel,

The clients need to have Windows Media Player installed in order to have the audible alert played. Besides the installation it needs to be opened at least once, so the settings are configured as well. Taking the recommended settings of Windows Media Player is sufficient.
