The License Portal generates a DataMiner.lic file together with a clientapps.lic file. Is the clientapps.lic file still required for any particular feature?

The clientapps.lic was used in previous DataMiner versions, but nowadays consider this obsolete.

FYI: this was removed in DataMiner 9.6 (RN27595), and that version is no longer supported. So, you can forget about this license file.
