When I try to update my software version I have the following issue
The software is install on my laptop with Windows 11.

Can you try the solution described in this question:
The problem is due to the order of the NICs.
When looking at the Agents in System Center it shows 127.0.0.1 on the first NIC.
In DataMiner.xml it’s possible to skip the MAC of that NIC, and then the correct IP is on the first place.
After doing this the upgrade is working fine.

It is related to a constraint with the DataMiner license.
Loopback interfaces should be avoided when installing DataMiner.

I added the MAC adress of my WIFY card and it works 🙂
Do you know why I have to do this?
