IDP – Failed to save a CI Type

I installed IDP on my staging DMA and imported CI Type from another system.

After I try to edit one of those CI Types, I get this error message:

I'm using IDP v1.10 and DataMiner 10.0.11.

Hi Bruno,

As the message indicates, it could be that one of the components of the IDP solution is not available.

Could you double-check in the surveyor that an element is available that uses the Skyline IDP CMDB protocol and is active?

By default, this element is called “DataMiner IDP CI Types”

After testing with another user account, the problem doesn’t occur anymore.
