HTTP Error 500.19 Internal Server Error

Hi,

In an existing installtion we're facing an error with IIS. When showing dashboards included to Visual we see this error.
As well when opening browser and request http://localhost or http://localhost/tools

Anyone faced this issue already?
Last week this machine (Windows 2019) was working fine, without this error. May this could be due to an update of windows?

Hi Joerg, can you try if the problem is fixed by running ConfigureIIS.bat from C:\Skyline DataMiner\Tools ?

Hi Michiel,

Unfortunately this doesn’t helped. But we got it fixed.
As we had to perform an update anyhow we first installed/repaired .Net server hosting to version 5.0.2 with this package:
https://download.visualstudio.microsoft.com/download/pr/43ea9d7a-39c9-467a-83e6-548b3faf832d/5e7d573d9c4f40d0c1192aa2319f07c5/dotnet-hosting-5.0.2-win.exe

Afterwards we installed latest DataMiner upgrade package. This finally solved the issue and we were able to access http://localhost/tools withtout this error.
