How do I change the background and other shapes colors on a Visio Drawing used on Dataminer?
Is there a chart or something that shows what colors are what values?

By default, your shape will get the alarm state color of the object the shape is linked to (element, parameter, etc).
In case you want to override this behavior and fill your shape with a custom color, you can use the option noalarmcolorfill on your shape.

Thank You for your reply. It’s not the alarming color I would like to change but the background and possibly the visio objects.
