How to Set Colors in Visio Shape Data

How do I change the background and other shapes colors on a Visio Drawing used on Dataminer?

Is there a chart or something that shows what colors are what values?

Hi Craig,

By default, your shape will get the alarm state color of the object the shape is linked to (element, parameter, etc).

In case you want to override this behavior and fill your shape with a custom color, you can use the option noalarmcolorfill on your shape.

Regarding changing the background color of an overview, you can find additional information in DataMiner Help (Specifying the background of Visual Overview Shapes):

Link updated (currently there is a problem when adding URLs in the comments section):
https://help.dataminer.services/dataminer/

In the search tool (upper left corner), please type the following term: ‘background’. In the results you will find the entry ‘Specifying the background of Visual Overview pages’

Hi Ive,
Thank You for your reply. It’s not the alarming color I would like to change but the background and possibly the visio objects.
Miguel,
I attempted to go to the link but received an error.
Than You both for commenting.
