For the demo I used the Riedel and Calrec device drivers to create the elements, but I am getting timeouts.
The devices exist correctly.
Products include:

Riedel / Artist System Info (provided by TV2 Norway)

These do not seem to be accompanied by a Help page.

I would like to know how to use each driver.

Regarding Riedel, 'Riedel_Communications_Artist_128' communicates with RRCS running on the external server. (Not Riedel HW)
Also, 'Riedel_Communications_Artist_SNMP' communicates with ArtistSnmpAgent.
So you should prepare external server with these applications.

On the Driver catalog you are able to search for the available drivers, and there you should also find the help file. In the help there should be a section on 'Installation and Configuration'. This should provide you with the details you are looking for.

Unfortunately none of the drivers worked.
It is my belief that we have obtained a driver that we cannot possibly monitor.
When I do a port scan on the device, there is a difference from the default port number specified in the driver.
For example, RIEDEL is not Listen for 161, 8193, and 8194.

which Riedel APP are you running on the RSP1200 panel? Do you want to use it a intercom panel or panel to remote-control DataMiner with it?
Unfortunately I did not know what it meant.
Do you mean that I need another software to monitor with Dataminer?

It appears that Artist’s external server is using third party software.
I believe it will probably be a new development.
