How to create corelation alarm to compare dates

Hi,

We need help to create a correlation alarm to compare dates of two different elements and to generate an alarm if the delta value is more then 5 days.

Hi Vijay,

The calculation of the duration between the current time and the upload time should be done in the protocol itself.
This value could then be stored as an integer (e.g. in a column called Time since upload).

You can then use the alarm templates to generate an alarm if the duration column has a value larger than X.

Thanks Ive ! For this , do we need to open a ticket with tech support to add this as an alarm ? Or can we do it our self also ?
