Hi Team,
Can you please help How to change the server time of dataminer?
Hi Bhavana,
DataMiner reads the time from the host operating system.
To change the time in DataMiner, you need to change the time on the server OS, followed by a DataMiner restart.
It’ll indeed affect the timestamp on alarms, as these will show the server time of the host OS.
Also be careful in case you have multiple DMAs in a cluster.
All DMA servers in a cluster should have the same time, and even more they need to be synchronized to the same time server to assure they have the same time.
Hi team
We have 5 DMAs in our cluster. So, how can we change the host OS time? Changing the server time one by one will have a major impact ?
I found the link below showing various ways to adjust the time on various windows operating systems. I hope that can help:

I suggest you change the time on the different servers and only after they are all changed, you restart all DataMiner servers.
Important, ideally you sync your servers to an NTP server to make sure they are all completely in sync.
Hi Team,
If we change the server time it will be affect anything in alarms and how to set GMT?
