How to add tooltip to an alarm event

Hello,

I want to add tooltip to an alarm event. Kind of corrective action(just an information) which allows user to read on the alarm tab what steps to be followed if an alarm generates.

Please share your thoughts on this.

It is not a tooltip - but maybe this can help you also: via the so-called information template you can define a Corrective Action.  Creating an information template | DataMiner Docs

This Corrective Action can be displayed as a column in the Alarm Console (right click on the header and select Add/remove Column.
