Hi All.

I would like to use “query” regarding the number of CC errors for channels within 24 hours, default, and this is OK, but how to display a query about the number of errors within 48 hours or 5 minutes as below.
This does not work via the HISTORY option as below
How can I use this HISTORY option to display the amount of CC errors in these time frames ?

Big thanks for help.

Br.

Jarek

Hi Jaroslaw,

The ‘History’ option will retrieve trend records for the provided parameters. This will provide a record per time slot and index.

For your use case additional processing on these records will be required so that you filter out records that are not in error. Additionally, you’ll need to count the number of records and group them by index.
