Has anyone who monitors Dojo configured a dataminer server to use successfully use OKTA SAML authentication?

Hi Michael,
I currently have a DataMiner agent that uses Okta as an Identity Provider using SAML authentication. I have a 30-day trial for Okta, please let me know if you want to have a look or need some help.
While I was setting it up, I also noticed some steps were missing in the documentation you linked, I've now updated them in this pull request.
