Half a profilpicture / missing info

Dont know if the two things are related but when i login on the cube on my pc i am missing a parameter value, that i can see when accessing the cube via a RDP. Also on my laptop my profilepicture is only a half a circle, on the RDP, its a full circle.

any idea?

There are 2 things you can try out:

  • In the Cube settings > Computer > Performance you can try unchecking the “Use hardware rendering” option. This requires a restart of Cube to take effect.
  • Update your graphics card drivers if possible. Depending on the hardware this can be done via Windows Update, or downloading them directly from the manufacturers website (Intel, AMD or NVIDIA).
