Hi all

Is there a way to force the users to only open one session per user?

We have a case where the users open multiple sessions and leave them there without using them.

Hi Jaime,

I'm not aware of an option to force this (in the same way you can't prevent users from opening multiple tabs in their browser).

As a workaround, you could try to force the inactive sessions to close automatically by setting the group setting for Automatic Disconnects to a lower value than the default.

We thought the same and we already applied, but I was wondering if we have that option in some hidden place
