We are trying to upgrade from Datamer 10.1 to 10.2. We run the VerifyClusterPorts.dmupgrade archive first but looks like there is the next error:

No, for the upgrade, this process needs to be successful. If you find any error message when executing the test, you should speak with Internal IT about the routing configuration and firewalls permissions.
In a lab, it is not necessary to run this process, as it doesn’t communicate with other DMA. Setting this up like Jaime instructed is ok.

Thanks, we upgraded first to the last version of Dataminer 10.1 and the agent start ok.
After that we upgraded the dataminer to the last version 10.2 CU11 but it looks like the agent is running slow and crashed when we navigate through the application.
When we open an element the information is not displayed and it keeps loading.

Based on the error message, it seems that you should run the verifyclusterports package and select "cluster" instead of "agent".

We don’t have a cluster in this Laboratory Ambient, We are upgrading first in a Laboratory Server to test the version before upgrading the production cluster
Crashed and slow running, Does'nt load the Element information
