Error when browsing to Dashboard page

Hi, when we browse to the Dashboard page of a specific DMA in a cluster, we get the errors below (taken from DevTools). The first one is the response to ‘GetAllApplications’, the second one to ‘TryConnectAndInfo’.

The page itself remains completely blank.

Can anyone provide more info on this and/or point us in the right direction to getting this resolved?

This is not a solution, but the errors appear to indicate that there is a problem with the configuration of the Web APIs, rather than with Dashboards itself.

You will most likely see the same error when accessing /API/v1/Json.asmx

Some things to check:

  • Configuration of the API folder in IIS manager
  • Whether any files are missing from c:\Skyline Dataminer\Webpages\API\bin

Comparing these with other agents from the cluster could help in finding the root cause

An IIS restart could also help maybe?
