Good Afternoon team,
We are having the next error on Dataminer when we access on the dma cube:
Error Dataminer: Application unresponsive, our version of dataminer is 10.0.0.0-9517-CU6, do you know if that problem/message is a bug of that version or something like that?

Hi,
Another logfile that can be interesting is the SLClient.txt logfile on the logging directory C:\Skyline DataMiner\Logging on the server.

Good Morning,
I review the SLClient.txt file, but i see the next message, i think that maybe thats a error:
2021-07-05 15:47:31.299 [A1E88 Cube (kguerra @ PA12P0XXX) (192.168.XXX.XXX – kguerra)] [Info]
ClientLog:104|Freeze|1|07/05/2021 3:46:56 p. m.|07/05/2021 3:47:27 p. m.|
Cube freeze detection popup shown! Longer than 30 seconds freeze.||
Do you see that messages on the past?

Hi,
This message is indicating that something is stuck in DataMiner Cube.
Can you take a dump of the DataMiner Cube process? (https://community.dataminer.services/documentation/collecting-dataminer-cube-memory-dumps/) and create a task so our development team can take a look.

Hi Javier,
There unfortunately could be a number of different reasons for this, some related to DataMiner and others on external factors, such as network connectivity, etc. Probably the first place to start your investigation is to investigate if:
- This happens on just one machine, or multiple? One machine would rule out systemic issues, but if it is happening on all machines that indicates a potential DM issue.
- Also, can you access Cube on the DMA itself? If so, DM is running, but the connectivity is likely an issue.
You can also look at the logs on the server in the folder C:\Skyline DataMiner\Logging. A few logs you might want to check for any sort of anomalies would include:
- SLDataMiner.txt - provides general information on the status of your Dataminer server.
- SLErrors.txt - a consolidations of error logs that might shed some light on issues that could be contributing to this.
- SLWatchdog2.txt - can contain messages for critical issues with DataMiner. Search for "RTE". If you find any Open or Half Open RTEs, that is a sign of potential SL processes issues and a restart of DM is likely necessary.
That said, if you are able, you could also try restarting the DataMiner services from the server by right clicking on the Skyline Task Bar utility ( ) and selecting Restart DataMiner. Alternately, you could even restart the server.
Hope this gets you started. Good luck!
The issue is with a multiple DMA Agends (Web interface) All users can´t access on the RDP way to the DMA Agents.
Let me check the other information.

Good Morning,
The issue persist, specially on the new machines that we are using, the S.O Of that machines is Windows 10.
Any idea to resolve this issue?
