We often use the Web Interface / Embedded webinterface on the element card to access the equipment's web interface. Recently we upgraded from DM 9.6 to DM 10 and after that we got problem when using Cube plugin in IE11 via Citrix the access to the web interface times out (or just go blank). When using IE11 on the local DMA server and accessing DM, the web interface access to the equipment works perfectly.
Something in the way web interface access is handled must have changed between Dataminer 9.6 and Dataminer 10 which only affects us when accessing DM via IE11 in Citrix.
Any ideas?

I believe this is related to an update in the browser engine. From DataMiner 10.0.0.10, the default browser engine changed from IE to Chromium. When the default browser (Chromium) is not installed, DataMiner falls back to the first installed browser (normally IE).
However, you are still able to overwrite this default behavior (exclusions for protocol is also possible):
