When Elasticsearch is enabled on a DataMiner system, is the data inside the Elasticsearch database protected by authentication? Is (some) data stored encrypted? Do the different elastic nodes communicate over an encrypted connection or is the data transferred in plain text? If not how can these be configured?
RN27026 introduces authentication and TLS on ElasticSearch in DataMiner. This was not part of the initial release of the elastic integration, as only recently Elastic moved the security-features from the payed x-pack option to the standard package. As it stands now, that RN will be part of DataMiner 10.0.11.
