Hello!

My issue is: I created a folder on the actual Windows server of a DMA on the Local Disk. I should now expect to see that folder in the document module, right?

I used the tools in the System Centre to sync the DMA / DMS / File, but it's not appearing.

So, what else can I do to make it visible in the documents folder for other users to see, without having the user log in to the VM hosting the DMA?

Hi Amber, What directory did you create the folder under on the Windows Server? If you create under C:Skyline DataMinerDocuments you should see in cube the next time you open Documents.

Hi Amber,

After uploading a file to Documents, you must restart the application for it to be visible in the Documents section in Cube.

Hi,

Have you tried adding items through Cube?
Maybe the directory you're using isn't valid.

To add folders or documents, right-click the folder in the driver's Documents section.
