Is it possible to find activity of user in Dataminer System Center\User / Groups \Activity \ ACTIONS in past period, longer than 7 days or somehow select period of time more in the past (for example one week from last month)?

Hi Jurica,
The activity of a user shown in the "Activity" tab in System Center is limited to the last 7 seven days. Here you don't have an option to change this timespan.
An option to get the activity of a certain user is to create a history tabpage in the alarmconsole which loads the information events. You can apply a filter as follows:
After setting this filter and the wanted timespan, you will get all the activities of that user in the desired timespan.
