Hello everyone,
I would like to seek your insights regarding the implementation of certain use cases on DataMiner. Specifically, on the following scenarios:
- Is it possible to configure the DataMiner to automatically log out users from the Web UI when they leave the Web Interface page?
- Is there a way to save specific parameter values on an element, such as different usernames and passwords, based on the user accessing it?
Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Hi Tomás,
I noticed that this question has been open for some time now. Have you already found a solution for point 2? If not, could you provide us with some more information so we can help you further?

As this question has been inactive for a long time, we will now close it. If you want further assistance, could you post a new question?
Hi Tomas - is this of help for point 1?
I believe point 1 is possible – sharing a screenshot below.
Ref. point 2, not sure I have understood – once you save a param value, that is for the DMA to be set – e.g. “locked = True” – but perhaps if the end-device supports multiple sessions for different users, there could be room for some script and (session variables)? In general I’d expect this to depend on the specific protocol/device.
