Hi,
we sucessfully linked our Dataminer to our MS Teams tenant
For our STG DMS it is working fine.
For our production DMS (DMS) it seems to run into a timeout.
"Sorry, something went wrong while trying to find the element(s) in the DataMiner System dms..."
Both DMS are connected to cloud service and remote access.
Any potential way to debug the communication and the reason for the timeout?

I would indeed suggest to make sure all the installed DxMs are updated to the latest version using the cloud pack. From then you should be able to update DxMs from the admin app: https://docs.dataminer.services/user-guide/Cloud_Platform/CloudAdminApp/Managing_cloud-connected_nodes.html . If this doesn’t fix the issue, please send a support mail so we can follow up. Normally there are more fine grained error massages provided by the DataMiner bot explaining why an issue occurred, but those are currently not provided and we are working on a fix for that.
Sorry for the delay. Indeed this could be a reason as we run different versions right now due to update issues of the database. Different story 🙂
