Dataminer.Services ConnectorTester shows an Error with one of the endpoints

Hi everyone,

I have a question related to the ConnectionTester responses.

I’ve run it on several systems, even my local machine with no firewall active, and it always reports an error in one of the Endpoints (20.103.147.5)

I have installed the latest cloud package and have tested it on Feature 10.2.12 and 10.3

Is this normal? When is expected to report a success?

Hi , it is expected that endpoint with 20.103.147.5 is failing. There is no service running on that IP, it is a reserved IP for future use. You may ignore this failure until further notice. A task is on our backlog to avoid having the connection tester failing on this false positive error.
