Hello,
I’m trying to sign a driver but I get the error below:
The credentials are OK, but no way to make it working.
Can you help me please?
Best regards,
Thibault LE BERRE
Hi Jens,
Thanks for your quick answer.
I'm still getting the error and I'm not able to manage the firewall.
On your side, maybe you can see my requests in the logs?
Thibault
Hi Bert,
I’m able to navigate with a browser and my public IP address ends with 106.225, you are right.
I use this program since 3 years, it was working fine.
Hi Thibault, some further testing showed a recent change in our firewall caused this issue. We have now updated the configuration again. Can you try again to verify the problem is fixed?
Hi Jens,
I just tested and it is working 😀
Thank you very much, have a good day
Thibault
Hi Thibault,
The signing service is running on https://protocol.skyline.be/api/Soap.asmx
It seems to be up and running, can you check if the problem still occurs and if the URL works on your end? (maybe it was temporarily unavailable)
If the problem still occurs there might be a firewall in between your computer and protocol.skyline.be filtering the traffic.
Hi Thibault,
I just double checked and I’m still able to use the tool from external. And I do see requests coming in from external, but not sure if yours are in there. Does you public IP address end with 106.225?
Are you able to navigate with a browser to the URL https://protocol.skyline.be/api/Soap.asmx?
Did this work before on the network you currently are or is it the first time you use it?
