DataMiner Cube Incorrect User name and password

Dear,

I created my account using LinkedIn and register through Online Dataminer System also. I revived https://ziine.skyline.be host on my email and I can login here using Browser and can see Dashboard and Monitoring App.

I'm trying to connect https://ziine.skyline.be using DataMiner Cube but It always give error Incorrect User name and password but same credential work on web. Please help.

Could you try without entering your password, just your e-mail? Does that pop up an Gmail authentication window?

Hi Vikas,

You need to trigger the external authentication popup in Cube. This can be done by leaving your password blank as described in Having problems connecting?

Thanks for your response. I tried same but Authentication popup doesn’t have any option. It always open with blank window..

Hi Vikas, Is it correct to say that this is the very first DataMiner system that you try to access? If so, the problem is that you need CefSharp on your system to have the correct authentication popup which is only installed after login (known issue that we try to fix asap).

To fix this you can
– download CefSharp from Ziine: https://ziine.skyline.be/CefSharp/96/x64.zip
– extract it to %LocalAppData%SkylineDataMinerDataMinerCubeCefSharp96x64
