I've been trying to set up a connection to dataminer.services through a DMZ but have had trouble in doing so. I wanted to check what is preventing me to connect to dataminer.services by using the ConnectionTester.exe but I get no response from the tool. The tool is stuck in a blank screen.

What CloudGateway version are you using?
This was some kind of temporary issue. Today I went back to the machine to check Wales suggestion and look into Event Viewer but once I started the ConnectionTester.exe it ran accordingly.
Not sure what could've caused this previously but now it is running without issues.
Version of CloudGateway is 3.0.2.0
Can you check Event Viewer for any application errors by the ConnectionTester tool.
