Dashboards – Empty screen when trying to configure the dashboard report

Hi Dojo,

I'm trying to configure an email report that includes a dashboard.
However when I click the configure button, the pop-up remains empty.

I'm able to access the dashboards module outside of cube without any issues.
I've also tried all possible browser plugins in cube.

The sever is running DataMiner version 10.2.9.

What could be the cause of this?

Hi Ive, wondering if this can depend on the specific dashboard you select? Sharing a screenshot, though from an older version

I'm not on 10.2.9 yet, but this seems different from older versions.
In 10.2.4, I just need to specify the view ~ how do you get that "Configure" tab?Is it a 10.2.9 feature (for any dashboard) or is it just specific to the selected dashboard? Has 10.2.9 already stopped supporting the legacy reporter module?

Hi Alberto,

This is only visible after selecting a dashboard made with the new dashboards module.
10.2.9 still supports the old reports & dashboards.
