Dashboard Sharing Issue – “You are not allowed to view this share.”

Hello All,

I have issues with Dataminer Sharing Dashboard. Error message of "You are not allowed to view this share" will be prompted out after I clicked the Share button

And it also says (403: The request is not allowed with the current authorization.)

I would appreciate your expertise on this observation on why this happen and action to overcome this issue.

I have also attached the error snapshot for your reference.

Hi,

Most likely you are trying to access the shared dashboard with another login email address than the one the dashboard was shared with. Can you check on what email address you received the email about the dashboard being shared with you?
