Yes, this is possible since feature release 10.0.12, see the release note for more information.

This is possible starting from DataMiner version 10.0.12 (feature release) or 10.1.0 (main release).

Yes, similar to the former Reporting & Dashboard module, there is an ability to set up a so-called gateway for the new Dashboards module. I would have to check on the scheduled availability of that capability, but I believe it is in the pipeline.
