Hi,

I installed The Services Overview dashboard - DataMiner Dojo, ensuring the system meets the indicated requirements. I manually installed the CU3 package downloaded from Jenkins since this system is not cloud-connected. There were no errors in the SLNetTest tool that would indicate something went wrong.

Yet, the dashboard is not working since it does not recognize the Grid component.

This DataMiner system is running server version 10.3.7.0-13107.

I enabled the required ReportsAndDashboardsDynamicVisuals soft-launch option and restarted DataMiner.

Please indicate what I could be missing and how I should proceed to troubleshoot.
