Hi,

i tried to get trend data to be shown on a Line chart, but there seems no easy way to build a query for that.

the option "Data source: Get trend data" in this question's answer isn't there anymore...

Is there a example or a "how to" that works with the current DataMiner version (10.6.0.0-16875-CU0)?

Hi Thomas,

Can you double check if the soft-launch option `GenericInterface` is enabled in your DMA?. After enabling this option, you should be able to see the extra data sources for trend data.

Hi Miguel,
sorry i didn't add that, I have the options "Get trend data patterns" & "Get trend data patterns events", but I need any "how to" how it it supposed to be used… I tried to trial and error the options, but it don't work.

Any information i found here seems outdated.

Hi Thomas,
Are you able to see the data source `Get Trend Data`? I updated the original answer with an screenshot of the data source.

Rafael showed me another way by using "get parameter table by ID"
to filter the options via dropdown or list & Using the "Parameters" to get the trend data itself.

Hi Thomas,
Indeed, this is another option. However, this data source only allows you to query a specific table ID. The other data source `Get trend data` allows you to query by protocol.
