Hi,
Do you mean that you want to create your own BPA (or replace the existing one with the BPA content that you wrote yourself)?
If this is the case then I'm afraid that it will not be possible. Documentation states here in the note at the bottom that a BPA test can only be executed if it has been digitally signed by Skyline.
The "Check Cluster SLNet Connections BPA" currently has a hard-coded threshold, which cannot be changed at this moment.
