I've an issue with remote Cube client which is not able to search keyword in a table.
On local on the DMA it works but not from remote client. Except this search issue the remote Cube is working fine
I suspect that the issue came from the security restriction on the network.
Does the table search use a particular port that need to be open or anything that the network/firewall/antivirus need to be aware ?
Problems where you see a difference in behavior between client machines are typically related to Cube not being up to date.
Have you checked that the Cube version is the same on these two client machines?
If there is a difference, Cube can be updated from http://<dma-IP>/tools
Alternatively we also have the DataMiner Launcher, which will be standard from 10.1 onwards, but it's also backward compatible with 10.0.

Do you see any errors in the Cube logging (System Center > Logging)? If you would see any Timeouts or Access Denied error we could further pinpoint what is going wrong.
