We have a matrix configuration, where, for example, Input 1 maps to Output 1. Our goal is to configure a correlation rule such that if Input 1 maps to Output 2 (or vice versa), the correlation rule is triggered, and a script is executed as part of the response. Could you please guide us on how to configure correlation rules for this matrix setup?

Since correlation rules can be triggered from alarms, a possible option is to configure an alarm template in the matrix element so an alarm is generated when there is a connection between Input 1 and Output 2:

Does the matrix element used triggers an information event? If so you might trigger the correlation rule on the information event.
