Hi Simon,

after looking into the error I found that the problem was that your DCP account was not yet linked to a DataMiner user on your DMS. Currently, you have two ways to accomplish this:

1. Share a dashboard from within the Dashboards app: when you share a dashboard with someone for the first time from your Cloud Connected DMS you will be prompted to link your DCP account with the user that you have used to log in to the Dashboards app. You can find some more information about this in the help.
2. Execute any command in the DataMiner Bot on Teams: if you try to execute a command towards the DMS like "show elements", the bot will ask you to link your DCP account to a DataMiner User so we can verify that you have access to that system and we can apply the necessary security. This will ensure that no user will ever be able to see information about resources on the DMS that they have no access to.

In the future, we will provide a third way that will enable you to link your account from within the catalog app.

Note that you can always go to the DCP Admin overview to check if your account has already been linked to a user on the DMS. Make sure you have selected the correct organization by clicking the icon in the top right corner next to your user photo.

Once this is done you can click on the DataMiner Systems menu and look for the name of your system. This will give you an overview of all the users that are a member of your Cloud Connected DMS. If there is no DataMiner User filled in next to the email, this means your account has not been linked to a user on the DMS. After linking your account through one of the two proposed flows, you will see the name of your DataMiner user over there.
