Catalog item not available to deploy “Catalog item is not available in cloud storage, …” error.

When trying to deploy a catalog item, we sometimes see an error “Catalog item is not available in cloud storage, make a version available via CI/CD pipeline.”  What does this mean and how can we use the catalog item when this happens.  We have experienced this error with new connectors or latest version of an existing connector where we had to deploy the previous version.

Note that only Skyline employees will see this. We never show versions that are not available on the catalog to our users.

Hi Baptiste, that is good to know, I was not aware of that.

Hi Steve,

For initial driver versions, this is typically the case when the first driver version has not yet been released (e.g. it’s still being developed or going through QA).

I double-checked and the above is the case for this driver as well.
The driver is still under development and will be deployable as soon as development has been completed.

You can check the catalog for the coming days / weeks or reach out to skyline to get a more accurate indication of the expected release date.
