The user installed the Skyline Alerter on remote client PC. When the alerter try to connect to the DMA we got the error message below.
On the DMA only the https port 443 is enable. Do you know if the alerter can work with https?
Also, is there another place besides the event viewer to find logs/debug information for the alerter?

I just double-checked and SLAlerter supports connecting to HTTPS-only DataMiner systems, so I don't think forcing HTTPS is the problem. I did notice a similar exception was fixed in 10.2.3 (and 10.2.0) with RN 32312, could you verify if the file version for SharpZipLib.dll matches with the one in the C:\Skyline DataMiner\Files folder?
It should – just to better understand the scenario: from the machine where you run the alerter, can you connect successfully with the standard CUBE desktop client?
