After the upgrade all Automation Memory files have dropped their values. These are empty now.
Is there any way to get them back without rolling back?
Are these located in a file that can be found in a backup file or in the recycle bin?
Hi Jeroen,
I took the chance to connect to that system.
I noticed that 10..0 and 10.1 Cube were installed on the system.
Removing 10.0 Cube and clearing XBAP, opening 10.1 Cube. Everything works fine now.
Assumption confirmed: 10.0 Cube had DLL conflicts with 10.1 server, which results in the weird outcome in the client.
Perhaps setting the files back from C:\Skyline DataMiner\Scripts\Memory would work?
We found that slnetclienttesttool can still read the values correctly.
A task has been created for further investigation on why Cube can’t read the values.
