Is it possible to trigger the Refresh button of a table control programmatically via an Automation Script?

We have a scenario where the customer wants to display a partial table in a Visio drawing. However, as partial tables in Cube do not automatically refresh their existing data when new rows are added, a manual refresh is required to re-fetch the data.

Would it be possible to automate this refresh operation using an Automation Script, so that the partial table displayed in Visio remains up to date without requiring manual intervention?

If this is not possible through an Automation Script, what alternative approach would you recommend to achieve automatic refreshing without human intervention?
